Project Scope:   The applicant is seeking an SAP for proposed modifications to suite 216, currently occupied by Kendra Scott. The proposed modifications are entirely cosmetic in nature and do not change fenestration, size or use of the property. These changes are visible from private streets that function as public right of way and thus require DRC review.
