Event Submission Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By submitting an event to Livable Buckhead, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Event Submission Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not submit your event to Livable Buckhead.
2. Event Submission
2.1 You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting your event, including but not limited to event details, date, time, location, and contact information.
2.2 Livable Buckhead reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any event submission at its sole discretion, without providing a reason.
3. Event Content
3.1 By submitting an event to Livable Buckhead, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, including text, images, videos, and logos, related to the event. You agree to indemnify and hold Livable Buckhead harmless from any claims related to the use of such content.
3.2 Livable Buckhead reserves the right to remove or modify event listings that contain inappropriate or unlawful content, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.
4. Privacy
4.1 The information you provide in your event submission may be collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting an event, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Promotion and Marketing
5.1 Livable Buckhead may promote submitted events through various channels, including but not limited to email newsletters, social media, and partner websites. However, Livable Buckhead is not obligated to promote any specific event.
6. Liability
6.1 Livable Buckhead is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in event listings. Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
6.2 Livable Buckhead is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or attendance of events listed on Livable Buckhead.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1 Livable Buckhead reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.
8. Termination
8.1 Livable Buckhead reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to event submission services for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Fulton County, Georgia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Fulton County, Georgia.
