3201 cain’s hill place – second visit
Project Description
The applicant proposes to construct a 26-foot-tall glass and steel canopy over an existing 1000 square foot outdoor dining patio. As part of the project, the applicant will also remove a pair of patio walls at the ground level and the existing aluminum and fabric canopy over the entrance. The new covering structure will not have walls and will represent a partial enclosure of the space. No other changes are proposed to the structure itself or the rest of the site as part of this application. While there is no change in use proposed here, the construction of the new canopy will reclassify the existing 30×38’ patio as covered space, impacting the parking calculations slightly.
