Description

The applicant proposes to remodel the existing floor of the 3035 Peachtree building within the Buckhead Village District. Most of the work will be located within the structure. The only exterior work will be along Bolling Way and Pharr Road, where the applicant proposes to apply film to make several second-floor windows opaque (to allow for interior wall construction) and create rooftop outdoor area with pergolas, respectively. There will be no expansion of the structure and no change in fenestration for sidewalk level frontages.

Additional recommendations for the applicant

In respect to the application of window film to render certain upper floor windows fronting Pharr Road and Bolling Way opaque, the Development Review Committee recommend the applicant apply film that best matches the look and color of windows not being and improve on lower-level windows along Pharr Road to be more engaging to pedestrians.

The Development Review Committee DOES NOT expect to see this applicant again UNLESS significant changes are required to the proposed plan that necessitate substantial re-review and/or variations that will require additional input from the Development Review Committee.
