Description – The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing building.
Recommendations
Section 16-18I.007(4)(a) Parking is not a permitted principal use.
Recommendation – The committee recommends approval of the demolition permit provided the existing parking be removed or secured so as not to be used for surface stand alone parking which is prohibited in SPI-9.
The applicant does not need to return before the Development Review committee unless the city staff desires additional input.
