Description: The applicant is proposing to alter the existing store front facing Bolling Way in the Buckhead Village shopping area. Specifically, they will replace the existing window and door units with a more solid door and window system with more pronounced mullions and trims that will reduce the fenestration from 65% to 53%. There will be no change in size or use of that space.
