Amy Timms has more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management, having held a variety of leadership and operational roles throughout her career. She currently serves as a General Manager for CP Group, overseeing large-scale office properties in the Buckhead and Cumberland submarkets, where she is responsible for building operations, financial performance, team development, tenant relations, and strategic property initiatives. Known for her collaborative leadership style and operational expertise, Amy has built a reputation for creating positive tenant experiences while maintaining high standards of property performance.

Throughout her career, Amy has remained committed to building strong partnerships with tenants, colleagues, and community stakeholders, while supporting initiatives that positively impact the neighborhoods where she works and serves.  Through her role on the board, she looks forward to contributing her industry experience and perspective to initiatives that strengthen connectivity, enhance walkability, and support the continued growth of Buckhead as a vibrant and accessible district.

Outside of her professional work, Amy is a strong supporter of animal welfare and volunteers with several animal rescue organizations in the Atlanta area.  She is passionate about supporting efforts that provide care, advocacy, and safe homes for animals in need.
