Aaron Taulbee is Regional President of Kolter Urban, a developer that focuses on condominium developments in both coastal and highly walkable urban markets.  Aaron is responsible for executing the firm’s strategy throughout the Southeastern U.S., with a focus on markets outside of Florida. His responsibilities include site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, delivery, and financial performance.  Aaron’s experience as a Developer with placemaking responsibilities in the Buckhead market brings an unique perspective to Livable Buckhead, intending to further improve the communities that Kolter invests in.

Aaron graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil Engineering and has over 25 years of combined construction management, and development experience with a broad range of experience in multiple project types throughout the Southeast.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, balancing work with kids sport schedules, boating, fishing, and golfing.
