Phipps Plaza Peachtree Road Renovation

Project Description: The project includes a new tenant facade on the Peachtree Road side of the mall facing Nordstrom, demolishing existing facade next to the main entry to prepare for new tenants, and a new tenant facade and second level patio on the north facade of the mall. The project is located at 3500 Peachtree Road, Atlanta, Georgia.

The renovation includes:

• New tenant facade on the Peachtree facade of the mall (facing Nordstrom)
• Demo of two small areas on the existing facade next to the main entry on Peachtree Rd. to prepare for two new tenants
• Enclosing the existing roof into GLA (636 sf)
• New tenant facade for the north mall that includes creating a new 2nd level patio space

The new design utilizes much of the existing infrastructure and parking; and will enhance both the pedestrian and vehicular experience along Peachtree Road.
