3135 Peachtree Road NE – HiFi Buys Site – Demolition Site

Description: United Development Services and Accerated Commercial properties in preparation for the construction of “The Office – Buckhead Atlanta” development have requested a demolition of the current structure, the former HiFi Buys site.

The entire demolition site will be screened by a metal fence and will not block the entrance at Bolling Way. The fencing will be located on the interior of the sidewalk. The sidewalk will remain open until approval is granted for construction to commence on the “The Office – Buckhead Atlanta” development.
