None currently. The applicant needs to submit more information to determine whether any variations are necessary.
Additional Recommendations:
The DRC recommended the applicant submit the complete plan set prior to the next DRC meeting for proper review as there was insufficient time to properly assess the documents shared during the meeting. Specifically, the DRC requests the applicant provide the following information:
- The complete plan set from the architect. The plan set also needs to have elevations for the proposed exterior aluminum structure.
- Full details of the proposed operation including hours of operation, square footages for both levels, guest and employee counts, ownership/operator structure and current liquor license information
- Quantity and location of offsite spots for the proposed operation and an agreement with a parking company to handle valet needs of the operation. The applicant also needs to ensure proper signage for these dedicated spots.
The Development Committee DOES expect to see this applicant again as significant details were not provided to the committee members prior to the meeting and will be needed prior to making a formal recommendation to the City of Atlanta.
