May 3, 2022 @ 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Join the Drawdown Georgia community for their first-ever in-person event on May 3rd at 4 p.m. at The Carter Center! John Lanier, executive director of the Ray C. Anderson Foundation and a co-founder of Drawdown Georgia, and Nathaniel Smith, chief equity officer at the Partnership for Southern Equity and co-chair of the Drawdown Georgia Leadership Council, invite you to participate in a conversation about the intersection of climate and equity in Georgia.

You’ll join a global audience who will be live-streaming the event as part of the Living Future 22 Conference. Click here for all the details about this FREE event and to register to join us in person.

Rev. Dr. Gerald Durley, a lifelong advocate for civil rights and environmental justice, will kick off the event and put the work of equitable climate solutions into context, and Dr. Na’Taki Osborne Jelks will join the conversation to bring her expertise as an academic specializing in environmental and health sciences at Spelman College.

Light refreshments will be served, and free parking is available.

Tickets for this event will go quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot now!
