Description: The applicant provided a site plan demonstrating efforts to come into compliance with prior SAP requirements. The applicant has secured and submitted to the City a parking agreement with neighboring Wolf Camera to allow for shared use of 8 parking spaces. Al parking is done by valet operation full time. The use of the Wolf Camera spaces likely satisfies the parking requirements, however, the site plan must be revised to incorporate all outdoor dining in the calculations – including the “seasonal” dining incorporating movable chairs and tables in the front of the building outside of the covered dining area. The applicant was advised to reconfigure the front area to make the ADA parking space more accessible by relocating it perpendicular to the Wolf Camera retaining wall and putting the bicycle parking adjacent to the ADA space.
