The area enclosed by Peachtree Rd.,
Habersham, and Wesley Rd.
This district has residential architecture of
exceptional quality set within the landscape
design of the architectural firm Carrero &
Hastings. The landscaping was designed
around the natural drainage patterns and
native vegetation of the area.
