Recommendations:

The committee made the following observations/recommendations:

• The committee commends the applicant for the improvement to the patio and feels the structure is aesthetically pleasing and complementary to the street.
• The committee commends the applicant of including in-ground landscaping elements into their design.
• The committee commends the applicant for using this project as an opportunity to provide accessible ADA parking on its property.
• The committee recommends the applicant verify with the city to see if a gate for the patio is required in the design as a part of their liquor license.
• The committee recommends that the applicant provide an updated front elevation to better show the slope of the site.

  The Development Committee does not expect to see this applicant again unless significant changes are made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations or the City staff requests additional input from the DRC.
