Online Auctions

Livable Buckhead may conduct online charitable auctions through its website. Bids placed through an auction are subject to the rules and conditions presented for that auction. Winning bidders may be responsible for payment of their winning bid according to the payment terms disclosed during registration or bidding.

SMS auction notifications are provided as a convenience and may include notices that a bidder has been outbid, has won an item, or other information related to auction activity. Participants remain responsible for monitoring their auction activity through the Livable Buckhead website. Livable Buckhead does not guarantee the timing or delivery of individual SMS notifications.
