Description: This project includes a facade face lift and an update to the existing hardscape and landscape along Peachtree and Oak Valley roads between the Dick’s Sporting Goods driveway and the Publix driveway. No changes are being made to building height, area, parking, or loading. The plaza on the corner will be raised to provide a uniform dining area and separation from the public right-of-way.
