Multi-Family Residential – NEW Reporting Requirements
The City of Atlanta’s Ordinance on recycling requirements for multi-family dwellings now requires owners of multi-family complexes to submit quarterly reports to document their volume of recyclables collected. Per the City’s Ordinance, failure to submit quarterly reports will subject an owner to penalties.
The deadline to submit your 1st Quarter Report is April 30, 2020. You can report your recycling numbers through the City’s Recycling Reporting Portal here.
