Lenox MARTA Station Rehabilitation Program Update

The Station Rehabilitation program’s primary goal is to address many of the forward-facing elements within a station that the public sees every day. The program will rehabilitate the customer areas to replace old, worn-out materials with new, fresh and easy to maintain materials bringing a new life to each station.

Lenox Station Renovation:

• Plaza Waterproofing to prevent leaks
  • Replacing planter caps with concrete lids expected to be completed April 10^th , 2023.

• New Bollards
  • Removal of old bollards underway.

Next Steps:

• Demolition of pedestrian walkway from Lenox Square
  • Replacing with charcoal surface in a checkerboard pattern
• Expansion Joints
• Wayfinding Station Signage
• Pressure Washing
• Reseal Skylight
• LED Lighting
