2026 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Holiday Designer Showhouse
Celebrate the season with Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles at the 19th Annual Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse, returning to Buckhead’s prestigious Paces neighborhood November 19–December 13, 2026. This year’s Showhouse proudly benefits Earn2Give, a local nonprofit organization empowering students through financial literacy, philanthropy and community impact.
Set atop a secluded hillside on Paces Ferry Road, this newly constructed, 10,000-square-foot European-inspired residence will be transformed for the holidays by 18 celebrated interior designers, including Barbara Westbrook, Alison Womack Jowers, Kim Regas, Calvin Watt and Buffy Ferguson.
Designed by Rodolfo Castro of Castro Design Studio and built by Brad Robinson of Bradford Custom Homes & Remodeling, this year’s Showhouse places wellness at the forefront of luxury residential design. Guests will discover beautifully appointed interiors alongside innovative wellness features, including integrated circadian lighting, hospital-grade air and water filtration systems, and a dedicated wellness suite featuring a gym, sauna, steam shower, cold plunge and massage room.
This year’s Honorary Chairs are Kay Douglass and Bradley Odom and Peter Huesemann-Odom of Studio Dixon Rye. Interior specifications are by Cristi Rajevac of Rajevac Design Studio, with landscape architecture by Charlie Sears of Land Plus.
Open to the public Thursdays through Sundays, the 19th Annual Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse offers an inspiring seasonal destination filled with exceptional design, craftsmanship and fresh ideas for beautiful, well-lived homes.
Throughout the month-long run, guests can enjoy an exciting lineup of special events, hands-on workshops and festive holiday experiences, offering even more ways to experience the Showhouse beyond the traditional self-guided tour.

Tickets are $50 when purchased in advance online and $55 when purchased on-site at the Showhouse, subject to availability.
