945 EAST PACES FERRY ROAD – ROOFTOP TERRACE
Description: Construction of a rooftop terrace off of the 14th floor to create a deck area and green roof amenity for tenants to access for social events and general daytime use. Rooftop will be designed to accommodate a large vegetated garden and terrace for patio furnishings. Currently does not incorporate grey water watering system. Will operate during normal business hours with the occasional off hour event.
