3500 Peachtree Road – (Harry’s Pizza) Phipps Plaza Space 1096B

Project Scope: Harry’s Pizza requests the renovation of an existing retail/restaurant space in Phipps Plaza. Harry’s Pizza proposes a contemporary renovation inclusive of both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating area will have a space for 34 seats. The existing plan proposes a 5’2” side walk near tenant entrance and a recommendation of increasing the width to 6 ft. was requested. A movable glass “garage door” will be open to the patio allowing for a more open design when desired.
