Project Scope: The applicant is seeking an SAP for common area improvements on the side and rear portion of the property. These include revised entryway awnings for vehicle arrivals and various improvements to the pool and other common areas for residents. Due to the grade change and building location, these improvements are not visible from Phipps Blvd and minimally visible from Longleaf, four levels down. No changes are proposed outside of this area, and there are no changes to street level elevations.

Additional Recommendations: None in respect to the improvements themselves. The DRC did recommend applying the proposed sheer wall metal lattice to the parking garage openings beneath the proposed improvements on top of the garage.
The Development Committee does NOT expect to see this applicant again provided no significant changes need to be made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations, and the City staff and/or Neighborhood Association requests additional input from the DRC
