Lane Closures on Lenox Road Begin Monday, October 13
Starting Monday, October 13 at 9 a.m., the contractor for the Lenox Road Complete Street project will begin milling and resurfacing Lenox Road between East Paces Ferry Road and Peachtree Road. Crews will remove the existing damaged asphalt and replace it with new pavement.
Two lanes will be closed for approximately eight days, and traffic flow will be reduced to one lane in each direction. Signal timing will be adjusted to help manage traffic flow.
Please plan for possible delays and use alternate routes.
Traffic Changes On Piedmont Road
Starting Monday, August 18, traffic on Piedmont Road between Lenox Road and Peachtree Road will shift to two lanes in each direction with no center turn lane for approximately three months.
This change supports a major improvement project that will widen the west side of the road, reconstruct asphalt, add granite curbs, and introduce a new walking path. Expect significant delays during this period.
