Kip Dunlap joins Livable Buckhead as our Mobility Concierge, consulting with commercial properties in Buckhead to help enhance their transportation options for tenants. Kip comes to us via Midtown, where he was an integral member of a commercial property team. Kip attended Georgia State University where he attained a BS in Public Policy Analysis with a concentration in Planning and Economic Development. He currently resides in Atlanta’s Edgewood neighborhood.
Kip’s life’s work is in helping his hometown to achieve the ‘world class’ status Atlanta aspires to through advocacy for responsible urban land use and transportation policy. Kip is a member of the urbanism advocacy group Thread ATL, former President of the Atlanta Downtown Neighborhood Association, and is presently Secretary for NPU-O.
