    John currently provides third-party client representation for capital improvement, stabilization, and value-add initiatives in Buckhead, working closely with institutional owners and a diverse tenant mix to cultivate vibrant public realms, improve connectivity, and activate pedestrian-oriented streetscapes. His experience reflects a deep understanding of how design, development, and tenant curation influence neighborhood livability and long-term prosperity.

    As Founder of Lupo Group, John leads development projects across the Southeast through creative project management and architectural strategy. Previously, he served as Mixed-Use Studio Director at Nelson Worldwide, guiding strategy for large-scale developments nationwide with clients including North American Properties, Lincoln Property Company, and Washington Prime, delivering over $100M in annual construction.
