Heidi Hoffman brings more than 25 years of executive search experience to the Livable Buckhead Board. She is a Partner at ON Partners, a top 20 retained executive search firm in the United States, where she leads the firm’s expanding supply chain practice. Heidi specializes in recruiting senior executives for privately held, investor-backed, and publicly traded organizations across industrial, consumer, retail, life sciences, and technology sectors. She partners with companies to build high-performing supply chain and operational leadership teams, offering strategic insight and deep industry expertise.

She began her career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she founded and led the global industrial and supply chain practices. She later joined Korn Ferry, serving as leader of the North American Supply Chain Center of Expertise from 2011 to 2017. These roles established her as a recognized leader in supply chain executive recruitment. At ON Partners, Heidi has worked with leading brands including Peloton, Estee Lauder, Lucid Automotive, Thermo Fisher, Sonos, La-Z-Boy, and Traeger Pellet Grills to strengthen executive leadership teams.

Heidi holds an MBA in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics, cum laude, from Franklin and Marshall College. She serves on her alma mater’s leadership council and the Georgia Leadership Council of the Arthritis Foundation. A three-time recipient of the Women in Supply Chain award, she is also an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Institute for Supply Management.
