The Hub: Your Blueprint to Smart Homeownership
The Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta formed a coalition of business, civic, non-profit, and philanthropic organizations to boost sustainable homeownership for underrepresented families across metro Atlanta. Supported by a multi-million-dollar Wells Fargo grant, the coalition became the Atlanta WORTH Collaborative, focused on increasing affordable housing for low to moderate-income buyers and closing the racial wealth gap.
A key part of this effort is The HUB, an interactive online tool developed by the Urban League of Greater Atlanta. The HUB connects prospective and existing homeowners with essential resources, including education, counseling, credit building, real estate professionals, and down payment assistance, all aimed at fostering financial literacy and sustainable homeownership.
