Recommendations:
The committee notes that the application does not trigger any zoning code requirements, however, does recommend the applicant coordinate with the Buckhead Community Improvement District specifically regarding the Lenox Road project to ensure there are no concerns.
The Development Committee does not expect to see this applicant again unless significant changes are made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations or the City staff requests additional input from the DRC.
