Variation Requested: Demolition of existing parsonage structure and replacement with grass.

The applicant confirmed that this SAP is for demolition of the structure only – that it does not contemplate the construction of any parking.  The committee noted that any activities to provide parking would be required to be submitted as a separate SAP application.

The committee suggested the applicant consider planting additional trees in the area of the demolished structure.
