Description: The project is an interior and exterior renovation of an existing restaurant space on the ground floor of a mixed-use building, located within SPI-9 Buckhead Village District. Interior renovations will consist of: the removal and installation of select pieces of kitchen equipment, new partition walls and finishes, new lighting fixtures and the conversion of an open kitchen preparation line into a customer facing ordering counter, and removal of existing furnishings. The exterior renovations will include demolition and replacement of the existing storefront facade and awning, an exterior walk-up to-go window, new outdoor dining furniture, and new signage (to be permitted separately).
