Recommendations Regarding Variations:

Section 16-18I.023 Off-street parking.  Retail 1 per 300sf requirement.    The applicant requests a variation to waive the on-site parking requirements for the site entirely allowing all requirements to be accommodated through a shared parking arrangement off-site.

Recommendation:  The committee recommends the applicant prepare a complete set of scaled plans and elevations reflecting the proposed modifications and secure an off-site parking agreement that meets City requirements and resubmit with a complete package of materials.
