Recommendation:  The committee recommends approval of this application provided the degree of nonconformity with the existing parking requirements is not increased. The committee further recommends the site be explored as an opportunity to address interim parking needs during construction activities for adjacent properties in the Village area. The committee does not request to see this applicant back for further consideration.
