Livable Buckhead takes the guesswork out of tenant engagement by providing dynamic educational content, fun events like Lunch & Learns, and monthly reports to track your recycling progress.
Through the Buckhead Recycles program, Livable Buckhead staff and our recycling partners work closely with clients, as well as each building’s janitorial and engineering staffs, to ensure that each building receives the most effective and reliable waste services available in the Atlanta office market. We propose and implement system enhancements that improve the back-of-house recycling practices at each building, and ultimately, we track tonnage data from each building to measure and report on their performance and progress.
Livable Buckhead further supports each building by educating their workforce about proper recycling behavior and the importance of recycling. We provide branded educational materials for in-office promotion of the critical guidelines for proper recycling, and other tools to ensure that everyone is participating in the pursuit of the best recycling program possible. Consistent messaging throughout the community also serves to reduce the confusion that is so common when it comes to office recycling.
Livable Buckhead’s Commercial Property Members may become Buckhead Recycles members for a small monthly fee.
Buckhead Recycles Members will receive:
- An initial walkthrough of all tenant spaces to inventory existing recycling infrastructure
- A custom report of the findings from the walk through with recommendations to streamline and improve recycling outcomes
- Marketing materials upon request with recycling rules, including posters and flyers, email content, lobby boards, and slides for captivate screens
- Monthly data visualization reports to show recycling outcomes, including amount recycled, waste sent to landfill, and successful diversion rate*
- Quarterly tenant education events to cover proper recycling practices with the goal of increasing diversion and lowering contamination
- Recognition on LBI website for being a Buckhead Recycles Member
