SAP#:  

The applicant submitted the parking study supporting their previous request to allow for a reduction of parking spaces as well as sharing of the spaces as requested by the committee.

Recommendation:  The committee recommends the applicant satisfy the minimum parking requirement as specified in the code.

 

The Development Committee does not expect to see this applicant again unless significant changes are made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations or the City staff requests additional input from the DRC.
