On Mondays, complete a meditation, yoga or wellness exercise using the Wellable on-demand videos. On-demand videos can be watched and completed anytime before 11:59PM on Monday. Just simply track your activity or take a photo to verify your participation and submit your image using Livable Buckhead's walk log page.
