PATH400 Tree Protection Volunteer Event
January 16, 2021 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Come join us on PATH400 for a fun morning outdoors tending to our trees. We have a family of beavers who’ve made their home in the detention pond along PATH400, just south of the Peachtree Drive entrance. They’re doing what they do best and chopping down our newly planted trees for food and building materials. In order to steer the beavers away from our newly planted, smaller trees along the trail, we’ll be wrapping a number of trees with wire. This is a great opportunity to get involved in your local community and have a little fun outdoors.
