3630 Peachtree Road – Final Approval
The review of SAP-20-082 for 3630 Peachtree Road/3650 Peachtree Dunwoody Road has been completed by OZD staff and the permit has been issued to the applicant. The SPI-12 DRC met with the applicant on two occasions. As a result of those meetings the developer has provided a traffic study as requested by the DRC.
The developer is not requesting any variations from the code and will be developing uses that are permitted by SPI-12. Additionally, the developer is constructing the site in accordance with the regulations of SPI-12 utilizing height allowances and bonuses set forth in the code regulations.
