Description: Applicant is requesting modifications to a previously approved SAP to accommodate changes for tenant Yeah Burger.  Changes are the result of efforts to increase internal ques to minimize outdoor waiting times.  Changes include modifications to the exterior dining area on the Peachtree frontage (enclosing to add heaters) and incorporation of previous impervious side patio of the building to become enclosed interior space incorporated into the dining area.
