Cyan on Peachtree – Monument Sign

Project Description :  Construction of new monument sign consisting of a masonry base, aluminum cabinet with flush mount dimensional  “C.”  Internal illumination recessed within cabinet to provide a wash of light.  Located outside the clear zone on the western side of the property.

Recommendation:  The committee notes the sign should be located 6 to 12 inches back into the clear zone to minimize potential pedestrian conflicts.

No Variations are required and the committee recommends approval.

 The Development Committee does not expect to see this applicant again unless significant changes are made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations or the City staff requests additional input from the DRC.
