The committee notes the current configuration of the patio includes an emergency egress gate and the topography does not appear restrictive and recommends the applicant coordinate with Darion Dunn at the Buckhead Community Improvement District (404-842-2693) to develop the plans in a manner that allows for future incorporation of the multiuse greenway proposed along Lenox Road as a major point of entry to the restaurant.
The Development Committee does not expect to see this applicant again unless significant changes are made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations or the City staff requests additional input from the DRC.
