Description:  While the applicant did not appear for this agenda item, he had previously discussed with the City Staff their position that previous requests for Special Administrative Permits approving off site parking arrangements were unnecessary and that the existing parking condition should have instead been grandfathered as an existing condition.

 Recommendations Regarding Variations Requested:

The committee determined that consideration of this request was not under the purview of the Development Review Committee and should instead be directed to the Code Compliance and Law departments within the City of Atlanta.

The Development review Committee does not expect to see this applicant again unless significant changes are made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations or the City staff requests additional input from the DRC.
