But that’s not all: if a driver gets a flat tire or or other situation which would lead to a delay, the driver notifies the system through their in-vehicle device and, with the click of a button, the algorithm will reassign every ride from the absent vehicle across the rest of the Buc fleet.

Could grouping riders into one vehicle and reduce vehicle miles traveled, thereby also reducing emissions? Like magic, the change is made. The Via platform constantly scans the schedule for opportunities to better meet rider expectations, and make your trip on the Buc as quick and pleasant as possible.
