Heather Halpern has over 20 years of managing shopping centers and marketing high end luxury retail her entire career.  She is the General Manager of Buckhead Village for Jamestown. Heather graduated from Hofstra University in New York with an emphasis in both Business and Speech. She joined the Jamestown Team when the property was purchased in 2019. She previously worked for ten years as the General Manager with Simon Property Group. In addition to being on the board of directors for Livable Buckhead, Heather is a member of the NPU Board.
