Big Peach Social Ride
Join us for a six-mile ride through Buckhead on PATH400.
Join us on Sunday March 24 at 2pm for the Big Peach Social Ride! Big Peach Ride + Run and Propel ATL will lead a 6-mile social ride along Buckhead’s PATH400. This is a great opportunity to meet the local biking community and celebrate the connections along PATH400! Livable Buckhead’s executive director, Denise Starling, will be present to provide construction updates and future connections along PATH400.
We will finish our ride at Eclipse di Luna with food and drink specials, including complimentary refreshments provided by Topo Chico and Celsius!
buckheadRUN! 5K
buckheadRUN!, Livable Buckhead’s sixth annual 5K, returns on Saturday, May 4. Once again, this year’s race is part of Buckhead Village District’s Bodacious Blooms festival, a four-day celebration of spring featuring larger-than-life floral installations and community-wide events.
Livable Buckhead is encouraging runners of all ages and abilities to join the fun and to bring their four-legged friends with them. In addition to awards for the fastest runners in various age groups, buckheadRUN! includes a “Fastest Fido” category, bandana giveaways for dogs, a pre-race hype event and post-race celebration. Runners are also encouraged to celebrate spring by dressing in flower-themed costumes and garb. Livable Buckhead will award prizes for the best flower costumes.
buckheadWALKS!
Get ready to step up and join Livable Buckhead’s FREE four-week walk challenge! Whether you’re rallying your coworkers, bringing along friends and family, or teaming up with neighbors, this is your chance to get moving and have a blast.
Not only will you rack up points with every step you take, but you’ll also have the chance to participate in exciting weekly events and activities that promise fun and interaction for all participants.
Who’s eligible? Buckhead residents and employees of Buckhead-based businesses! This free wellness challenge is your ticket to staying active, boosting your physical and mental well-being, and scoring some fantastic prizes along the way.
Buckhead Run + Walk Club
Livable Buckhead and the Buckhead community has created the best running club in the city. This run club is open to all levels. Run, walk or even cartwheel – we just want to see you out on PATH400! The Buckhead Run + Walk Club is a great opportunity to get into a weekly running routine or simply enjoy the safety of a group run, join us every Tuesday at 6:00pm at Citizens Market/Phipps Plaza (3500 Peachtree Road NE Atlanta GA 30326) for this weekly run.
This is meant to be a fun, enjoyable, relaxing, safe experience and to help make us all feel part of a run family again.

Join us from April 15th – 19th for an exciting journey of eco-friendly commuting. Whether you prefer strolling, biking, skipping, or scooting, there’s a path for you! For Earth Day this year, challenge yourself to explore new avenues to work and reduce your carbon footprint all while enhancing your health.

Miami Circle Gallery Strolls
Join us for an art-filled evening discovering the galleries of Miami Circle.
For the third year in a row, Atlanta’s largest collection of private galleries welcome visitors to view exhibitions featuring works across a range of mediums including painting, sculpture, photography and more.
The free, bi-monthly Gallery Stroll series was launched in 2022 by Livable Buckhead to celebrate art in Buckhead and to encourage the local community to enjoy the world-class concentration of galleries at Miami Circle. The series also marked completion of a nearby major section of PATH400 that provides bike and pedestrian access from Miami Circle to Lenox Square.

Children’s Chalk Art on PATH400
In preparation for our flower themed 5K event, we want to make sure PATH400 is appropriately adorned to go with the theme!
On Friday, May 3, from 3 – 5pm, we invite students and families to come out & decorate PATH400 with chalk art flowers. We’ll provide the chalk – you provide the art!
To keep with the Bodacious Blooms Festival them, we’ll be drawing flower-themed chalk art along PATH400. Come out and have fun at this family-oriented event.
Volunteer – buckheadRUN! 5K
Race Day Set-up / Ambassadors / Cheer Squad
Join us to help create an amazing experience for our 5K participants. Opportunities will include set-up, race ambassadors and even just cheering racers on. This will be a chance for you to participate in a positive, fun, family-oriented event, promoting health and wellness while fostering a greater sense of community within Atlanta. All volunteers will receive a Livable Buckhead volunteer ball cap. Roles will include set-up / breakdown of tents and tables, race day ambassadors to help direct participants, water station attendees, and cheer squads.
Come Play In The Dirt with North Buckhead Civic Assn
Take home a native plant for your yard, patio or balcony
North Buckhead Civic Association’s Beautiful North Buckhead Committee invites you and your kids to this FREE event where there will be opportunities to learn about the importance of native plants while engaging all the senses. This event is open to ALL AGES, with activities suitable for children. After the event, everyone will leave with a free native plant suitable for planting in a yard, patio, or balcony.
