Public safety and security are top of mind throughout Atlanta, including Buckhead. All of us have a part to play in addressing the situation, including helping to decrease property crimes by raising awareness and helping your tenants understand what they can do to help. The majority of property crimes are ones of opportunity. As people start to filter back into commercial parking decks it is important for them to take certain steps to eliminate that opportunity. If a criminal doesn’t find anything to steal, they will move on.

Help spread the word about how your tenants can protect their property by following three simple steps every time they leave their vehicle:

1. Hide anything of value that you can’t take BEFORE you arrive at your destination.
2. Lock your doors.
3. Take valuables with you, including your KEYS.
