Livable Buckhead is excited to announce our second employer in the running to be Buckhead’s 2019 Mobility Champion! Aubrey Daniels International (ADI) provides leadership development expertise and behavioral technology to improve a company’s business and its culture. ADI was founded 41 years ago and pioneered the use of behavioral science in business leadership, culture, engagement and more. So, why did Livable Buckhead choose ADI to be our second Employer Spotlight?
ADI stands by their own goals of creating behavior change through leadership and culture. The company became a partner through the buckheadWALKS! challenge and encouraged their employees to seek a healthier, more active lifestyle. Through this, they became interested in additional programs Livable Buckhead offers, including our discounted transit pass program and telework consulting resources. They now are on their way to implement multiple commuter benefits for their employees, actively trying to improve their own culture!
