VOLUNTEER: Support PARK(ing) Day

Date: Sept. 20

Time Slots: Two Time Slots Available:

• Group #1 – 7:45 to 11:45 – Assists with event set up, event flow, unloading vehicles, assists staff where necessary.
• Group #2 – 11:45 to 3:30 – Assists with event flow, ballot counting(For best park award), clean up, vehicle loading, and unloading.

Description: PARK(ing) Day 2024 will bring together local businesses and community groups transforming standard-sized parking spaces into unique expressions of their respective organizations, and celebrating the exceptional establishments that make Buckhead a great place to live, work and play. As a volunteer, you’ll will gain an understanding of how much space is taken up by cars, and how our community can be using the space. Volunteers will make a positive impact through activations and engagement with community members.

Eligibility: Ages: 16+

Purpose: Helping to ensure the success and safety of Party on the PATH, while having fun and helping to educate participants about Livable Buckhead’s endeavors.

Role: Setup / breakdown / check-in / greeting / helping with activities and activations

Vibe: Festive, interactive and FUN
