3626 Peachtree Road, NE Mixed Use Development:
This proposal includes the redevelopment of the property surrounding the existing Church at Wieuca as a Mixed-Use community that would include residential, commercial-office, retail components. Additionally, the Church at Wieuca will retain some property for future expansion. The applicant has proposed 300 multifamily units, 38 townhome units, and 18 single-family homes as a part of this redevelopment project. The development would also feature over 10,000 sq. ft. of greenspace and provide significant upgrades to the existing pedestrian connectivity between Wieuca Road and Peachtree-Dunwoody Road.
