3333 piedmont road – terminus 200
Project Scope: The applicant is seeking an SAP for Terminus 200 to modify the location and configuration of several doorways facing the private street Terminus Place, as well as the plaza between it and the Bell Terminus Apartments. They also plan to reconfigure that privately-owned outdoor plaza to increase outdoor seating capacity. Additionally, the owner will reconfigure the interior spaces adjacent to the exterior modifications to expand the lobby area and repurpose the remaining space for office use rather than retail.

SAP#: SAP-25-004
Variation Requested: None
Additional Recommendations: None in respect to the design itself. The DRC did recommend taking sustainability-related steps such as taking steps to offer usable pavers and other material to be discarded for use by others to reduce landfill impacts and recommended the applicant use recycled concrete in the revamped plaza space.
The Development Committee does NOT expect to see this applicant again provided no significant changes need to be made to the proposed plans that necessitate additional variations, and the City staff and/or Neighborhood Association requests additional input from the DRC
